Since Monday 3 February and until April, our Farum office is hosting a new intern, Ludvig Brink Bjerre. And if the last name sounds familiar, we might as well reveal that there is a genetic link to Ulrik, hence the connection to our fabulous business.
During his internship, Ludvig will be introduced to the everyday life of a fish monger and familiarizing himself with the whole array of trading, logistics, finance, ESG, and food safety & quality.
In addition, Ludvig will assist with market analyses and the potential application of technology including AI to improve and streamline our way of working.
When not aspiring to become a fish monger, Ludvig studies at Cphbusiness.
